お問い合わせ
公式サイトや電話で希望日時、人数、場所、英語対応やVIPかなど基本情報をお知らせいただき、プラン提案の基礎とします。
プラン提案・打ち合わせ
ベーシック・VIP・イベントプランなどを提案し、料金や時間、スタッフ人数、会場設備やオプションを打ち合わせて確定します。
当日の準備・実施
講師と着物スタッフが茶道用具一式を持参し、快適に参加できるセッティングを行い、茶道体験と和菓子提供をスムーズに実施します。.
撤収とアフターフォロー
終了後は道具を片付け会場を原状回復。アンケートや個別相談で感想を伺い、次回サービス向上や予約相談にも丁寧に対応します。
