How do I book a tea ceremony class?
You can book a class through our website or by contacting us directly. Please note that bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled class for a 100% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable.
Do I need prior experience to join the tea ceremony?
No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels, from beginners to those familiar with the tea ceremony.
What should I wear to the tea ceremony?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit on a tatami mat. If you have a kimono and would like to wear it, you are welcome to do so, but it is not required.
How long does the tea ceremony class last?
Most classes typically last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the session.
Can I bring children to the tea ceremony?
Children are welcome as long as they are old enough to sit quietly and respectfully throughout the session. Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring young participants.
Is the class offered in English?
Yes, we offer classes in both English and Japanese to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.
What type of tea will be served?
We will serve matcha (powdered green tea), prepared in the traditional Japanese tea ceremony style.
Can I take pictures during the tea ceremony?
Yes, you are welcome to take pictures during the tea ceremony, provided it does not disrupt the serene atmosphere or the flow of the session.
Is the tea ceremony class wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our tea ceremony is conducted in a table-style format, making it fully accessible and comfortable for all participants, including those who use wheelchairs.
