Job Osaka: Lead Our Authentic Chopstick Making Workshop

Chopstick making in Osaka is more than just a craft; it is a “bridge” (Hashi) that connects traditional Japanese aesthetics with guests from around the globe. As a facilitator in our “Job Osaka” team, you will guide participants through a meditative process of shaping raw wood using a traditional kanna (hand plane). Held in our quiet, local studio in Esaka, this workshop focuses on “everyday craftsmanship,” emphasizing precision, balance, and the philosophy behind the tools we use in daily life. Your role is to be the host of this 60-minute immersive experience, helping visitors create a tangible piece of Japanese culture while sharing the spirit of mindfulness and hospitality.
